ACCREDITED PROGRAMS

The following programs have been recognized by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors as Fully Accredited Programs which means they have met all the academic requirements of the CIQS syllabus for architectural and structural Professional Quantity Surveyor (25 credits). Graduates of these programs have only to complete the Test of Professional Experience Part B and C (diaries and practice problem) in order to become a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS).

Graduates of these programs have only to complete the Test of Professional Experience Part B (diaries) in order to become a Construction Estimator Certified (CEC).
